What to expect
This is how the Take Off Day works
Preparation & Appointment
We meet at 9:30 a.m. in my office in Berlin-Charlottenburg or online via Zoom. Together, we’ll work intensively on your design for 8 hours. I’ll provide all necessary workshop materials, snacks, and drinks. You don’t need to bring anything except your laptop and the completed workbook, which you’ll receive from me beforehand—it’s included in the price!
Workbook & Briefing
On your Take Off Day, we don’t just create something that looks good—your design needs to have substance. That’s why I provide you with a workbook beforehand, containing questions about your target audience, you as the founder, your product/service, and your competition. You’ll bring it completed with you, as we’ll use this information throughout the day to guide the process and ensure the design fits perfectly.
We create your logo!
Now the design process begins. We’ll explore which style you like, I’ll develop ideas, and present them to you. Together, we’ll select, organize, and start implementing your design. Throughout the day, we’ll continually check if your target audience will understand the design, if it stands out from your competitors, and if it truly represents you. You’re welcome to share your thoughts and ideas at any time. This is how we work through the day until your design is complete!

Eight hours are up, and your design is complete. I’ll hand over your logo files and your CI guide right away. From now on, you can launch and show your business to the world. Hi, I’m Lisa Koch—designer and consultant.
I specialize in creating logos and websites for entrepreneurs because I share a lot in common with you: I love the hands-on energy and fast pace that come with starting a business and building a brand. You want to reach the next milestone as quickly as possible and move ever closer to your planned empire.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design and have worked at Gründerszene, a startup, and the agency TLGG as a designer—learning a lot along the way. I’ve been self-employed full-time since 2016 and haven’t looked back.

Together, we’ll create your finished logo design within 8 hours. At the end of our 8-hour collaboration, you’ll receive:

For paid fonts, I’ll show you which font to purchase and on which platform (usually between €10–30, though I often work with free fonts)
Kind of. Let me break down the legal situation for you: A logo is considered a creative work and is therefore protected under copyright law. According to the law, copyright cannot be transferred or sold. That’s why a usage right (Nutzungsrecht) is agreed upon. This regulates who can use the logo, how it can be used, where it can be displayed, and for how long. The usage right is supposed to be fairly compensated. If no usage right is agreed upon or paid for, the copyright holder can claim a usage fee at any time.
Here’s what your usage right with me includes: You can use your logo indefinitely, anywhere you like—I set no limits. In return, a usage fee of €175 net per year applies.

No, I don’t offer print services. But I’m happy to recommend trusted colleagues, or you can use the platform “Canva,” where you’ll find excellent templates and can even order your printed materials directly.
